You can call & ask them from the parks website but you should be able to check by going to the reservation site as if you were looking for a site or go into your reservation and click on your site # which should bring up a window with info about that site such as utilities, size of space, whether it's very private or popular, shade, etc. There would be info on if there is a tent spot also.

This is from The Daily News Online: "The jetty itself, North Jetty Road and nearby parking lots will be closed to public access from Feb. 12 to Oct. 30 this year and again from March 17 to Nov. 1 in 2019, according to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Benson and Waikiki beaches, two of the most popular places in the park, will not be affected by the work and will remain open during construction."
