Not sure on this. At least one of the carriages certainly has disabled access but the access route from the Manx Electric Railway stop via the old Groundle Glen Hotel is certainly not wheelchair accessible and is a fairly difficult walk if not 100%. There is a halt (Limekiln Halt) at the midpoint of the line which has track access from Groundle beach road. #R# #R# Just had a major inspiration and dug out the brochure. I quote "Access direct to the railway can be arranged in advance. Please contact us via our website (tripadvisor would not allow me to enter the link)". Hope that this helps, it is certainly worth the effort.
