Yes, all the hacks (except the all day mountain one) are open to a range of abilities.
Can you rent helmets and boots for the country rides or do you bring your own? (Travelling from outside UK and trying to pack!!)

They provide helmets in the price . No real footwear policy it seems as long as they are not open toed I guess. We all went in Wellington boots but many were there in trainers.
