Daily, 8 to 6. Only 20 bht, I think, much less than Wat Po or the Palace. My hotel was off Sukhumvit, Phrom Phang was my nearest SkyTrain, no need to transfer. Phaya Thai is nearest SkyTrain station to Wat Po, then take taxi. Unless you really want to walk and it's pretty much a straight shot walking on main road that has a bike trail. Dusit Zoo is near the Wat.
