Hi What legal steps can i take to either buy or obtain some swans for a very large lake in Canning Vale we have a good range of wildlife and it would be beautiful to have some swans to compliment the lake . I suspect re-creating a natural habitat would attract Swans. Other than that check out the WA government Parks and Wildlife website which may provide your answer.
