Helen Willetts takes a look at what's going on in the night sky and the chances of seeing this month's Wolf Moon.

Clouds will linger throughout the night ... and fog persisting until late morning. By the afternoon, the sun will make an appearance, breaking through the clouds for a partly sunny sky.

The Meteorological Department has predicted dense fog in the morning and night hours in the city for the next three days.

Over the next few months, the sun will get higher in the sky as the days get longer and longer. Showers and storms followed by a clear and calm night led to a foggy start for some Thursday morning.
