FPGA公司Altera宣布脱离英特尔
1983年成立的Altera，在1984年就与英特尔建立了长期合作伙伴关系，并于1988年通过首次公开募股（IPO）成为上市公司，甚至在1994年，它还以5000万美元收购了英特尔的PLD业务，这也使其在可编程逻辑市场的份额提升至约20%，成为全球第二大FPGA厂商。
