巧合的是，就在2024年12月31日，恒瑞医药（600276.SH）也公告称，其自主研发的一款DLL3 ADC（抗体偶联药物）创新药与美国一家公司签订了合作协议，恒瑞医药将获得7500万美元的首付款，总交易金额可达10.45亿美元。

12月29日，恒瑞医药的一则公告再次将Delta样配体3（DLL3）这一高潜靶点推至聚光灯下。其DLL3 ADC药物SHR-4849的海外权益以超10亿美元的总额授权给美国IDEAYA Biosciences公司。

智通财经APP获悉，开源证券发布研报称，SCLC侵袭性较强、预后相对较差，目前二三线治疗缺乏有效靶向治疗药物。DLL3在80%的SCLC患者中高表达，为靶向治疗提供了较好的解决方案。目前针对该靶点仅1款产品获批上市，竞争格局好。随着该领域未来越来越多管线布局及早研数据读出，赛道景气度预计持续提升，相关标的有望受益。
