Canon 40D or 50D as first DSLR - Talk Photography
2023年9月25日 · You will hardly be able to see any difference between a 40d and a more modern canon on prints up to A3 when using iso settings below 400. It is when you push things that differences begin to show. A 40d or 50d would be a great starter camera. 78++ years with the photography bug and counting.

2024年7月14日 · Hi, thanks, its a combination of exposing for the highlights and then some minor photoshop to strengthen the effect - The image was in a patch of sunlight amongst the forest so shooting into the dark area but focusing on and exposing for the lightest area - this was shot on a Nikon D810 - Sigma 150mm macro lens, Iso 250, 1/400sec @ f10.

2014年1月27日 · The photo doesn't do it justice at all, it is HUGE. It's one of the worlds largest wooden structures. It was built around 750 (!), suffered a large fire and was rebuilt around 1705. It was originally 88m long, built was shortened to just 57m during the rebuild.
