Trebol was kind of helpful but Law and Luffy definitely were focusing Doffy a lot since the plan was predicated on Law landing Gamma Knife with Luffy running a distraction iirc.

Magellan is, IMO, Luffy’s toughest opponent because 1) he barely held out against him, even with Mr. 3’s and the others help, 2) he never actually beats Magellan, and 3) Magellan almost killed Luffy.
