2024年8月31日 · Games on disc work fine but problem for games stored on both Xbox hard drive and external hard drive. If I press the MENU button on the Xbox home screen over a game, I can have multiple game whoch show the QUIT option at the same time, which may suggest they are running at the same time. Any suggestions as to what the problem is and how to fix it?

2020年1月15日 · There go to the library and find your compatible games. Simply install the games from there, and you can continue where you left off on the Xbox. The most critical part is, that you HAVE TO use the same Microsoft Account as you did on the Xbox One!

But if games that are stored on your external hard drive that not optimized and are playing up, then it would sound like it is failing. How old is the external drive? Hard disc drives (HDD) will fail after a while.
