Rising opera star Patricia Burda Janečková succumbs to cancer at 25
2023年10月8日 · Critics predicted a dazzling career for her, but in a cruel twist of fate, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in February of 2022. Despite putting up a valiant fight, Patricia succumbed to the aggressive tumour on October 1, 2023, with her husband, Vlastimil Burda, whom she married in July of this year, and her family by her side.

Prague's Václav Havel Airport handled 16.35 million passengers last year, marking an 18 percent increase compared to the previous year. At the beginning of last year, the airport had anticipated 15.5 million passengers for 2024, thus exceeding this forecast by more than 800,000 passengers.
