2021年6月17日 · The most common way of installing it is so that the ASOV shuts off water flow coming into the membrane. I have also seen another way, where the ASOV shuts off drain water (coming out from the membrane). Some people say the second one is the correct one and others say that no, the first one is correct. I have seen both connection diagrams work fine.

2019年10月29日 · Asov is auto shut off valve and psw is the booster pump pressure switch. I'll try to draw a diagram, but the ro tank and drinking water is the one thing I know is correct. The tee is the middle fitting all the way on the left top.

2013年11月6日 · I replaced the ASOV but nothing has changed. My next step is to replace the float valve because it’s obviously not functioning. The one in my mixing container works no problem. I’m hoping it’s just a bad float valve and it’s not completely sealing which isn’t allowing the ASOV to close fully?

2019年10月29日 · I unplugged it to let it cool off. Once I unplugged it, it sounds like water is running through the restrictor. It is a 150gpd system, so its a 1100 CC fast flush restrictor. I tried working the valve, and the flow slightly changed out of the waste line. At this point I am thinking its the ASOV, but I wasnt sure if the restrictors go bad as well?

2017年11月9日 · There's a check valve between the permeate line and the shut off valve. And another check valve between the low pressure output on the ASOV and the inline carbon filter. The check valves have a red release ring on the output side of the valve. Here's a pic of the jumbled mess of hoses I have going on right now.
