2015年2月24日 · I think the OE like pieces from Dinan, Billyboat, RDsport, Active, Or supersprint street and the middle one, not race, sound incredible, especially matched with headers (anything would, really). You can add AR20s to clean up the sound and kill rasp.

2020年7月4日 · The E9X M3 exhaust notes in my opinion sound WAY better and have more options. For this platform, its all about the CSL induction roar and the mechanical noises from the engine. I currently have the Karbonius CSL intake, Euro headers & Cats, Supersprint Stradale (Street) muffler w/ the oversized resonated twin pipes and I think it sounds alright!

I booked a Bedford trackday for next month but was warned I'd probably fail the noise tests, so this weekend I went to a deserted road and measured the dBs on my iphone.

2010年8月25日 · Best sounding would have to be, SS stepped headers, 200 cell cats S1, resonated SS section 2, Dinan muffler. Great rumble at idle and low speed, just enough rasp to remind people of the 6cyl and at WOT, that great maniacal scream. Borla. I have Evosport Headers, CRT (Catted Rasp Terminator) and Borla exhaust and it sounds great.
