2015年7月30日 · I'm new here -- hoping you can help me with a cook time question on beef short ribs. I have some chuck short ribs, already cut into individual ribs (cut along the bone, not across). They are pretty meaty and substantial looking. I'm going to give them a basic salt & pepper rub, and I want to smoke them at 225 start to finish in my humble Traeger.

2016年1月5日 · In the case of Beef, some Beef Broth with any combination of Wine, Beer, Worcestershire Sauce and some of you Rub, 1/4 to 1/2 Cup per Rack, is a good choice. This is followed by 1 hour or so, unwrapped, back on the Smoker Rack to finish the cook and get a nice Bark on the ribs. This is the time to added any additional Sauce you might like.

2012年10月1日 · I recently got very similar ribs and smoked them for 6 hours at 225. I tried the 3-2-1 method, and in retrospect, they were done at 5 hours. I dry rubbed them the night before, smoked them uncovered for 3, wrapped them in foil along with their juices + apple juice for moisture) for 2, and then unwrapped them for 1 more.

2015年11月29日 · I am going to smoke on my traeger at 180 degrees with cherry, hickory, and maple until I reach an internal temp of 160, gunna wrap in foil and place on the traeger meat side down, set the traeger to 250 until I reach an internal temp of 190. Let the ribs sit in the foil, remove the bones then slice like a brisket and maybe ad some good sauce!

2018年10月14日 · Hi, Got 6 of these bad boys to smoke. Was thinking Traeger rub them. Super smoke them at 225 for a few hours, raise smoker temp to 275. Coat them with sauce for last hour until rib internal temp is around 200 degrees. Does this plan sound good? Any ideas or suggestions welcome. TIA

2014年7月5日 · Put a large rack of ribs which were first squared off St.Louis style into my Traeger pellet smoker yesterday. The rack was cut in equal halves and the bottom portion was also smoked. Using the 3-2-1 method, I pulled the ribs at 167*. The bottom portion of the rack that was cut of to get the St.Louis cut was pretty much perfect.
