2022年11月22日 · The best vehicle to sleep in is one that’s a hybrid. You can run heat or AC and charge electronics all night for a gallon of gas or so. A Prius is my top choice of vehicles to sleep in, but for SUV I’d definitely go with a RAV4 hybrid or Prime.

2022年5月28日 · It doesn’t get the best gas mileage but I’m 5’7 with some room to spare in my 2016 4Runner. For me it’s the best all around vehicle. I only drive 2 miles to and from work, can tow a trailer, sleeps my fiancé and I comfortably in the back with the seats folded down and is great in the winter. Drawback is the gas mileage for sure

If you are buying used, you might also look at a Honda Element that has the sunroof placed so that you can stand up in the back and change clothes. There is a lot to be said for the older, boxy body styles. Newer SUV's look sleeker, but the shaved inches make a difference in comfort when you are car sleeping.

2022年5月24日 · I drive a Honda CR-V and it's great for car camping. You can flip the seats down and sleep in the back relatively comfortably if you needed/wanted to. But I tent camp and have a set of sliding drawers that fit in the back to store most of my stuff. The drawers fit in the trunk perfectly with my cooler, so I can keep the other seats up if I want to.
