I bought the Kraft Sweet n' Sour sauce once and it was just awful. Even the color was bad... a brown orange color instead of a pretty red one. It didn't have much flavor at all, and kind had a bitter aftertaste.

I've heard that a kettle of sauce or soup will cool down faster at room temperature rather than put intact into the fridge. Supposedly an encapsulated hot core develops in the fridge which is insulated by the surrounding cooler stuff.

For Cherry toms, Sungold for the sweet and SuperSweet 100 for the acid side. Super mild would fit Yellow Pear (OP), and nicely acid and sweet would fit Tumbling Tom Red (OP). 2014年9月18日 · Just my 2 cents. This is something I've ever fiddled with as the bottled sauce is so good and cheap, but: Commercial Thai Sweet Chili Sauce is merely peppers, salt, sugar and vinegar. Basically a hot pepper jelly without the pectin. It would be very easy to construct such a recipe safely using a standard jelly formula.
