In fact, it's been de-listed from all digital game stores, which means the digital version of this game can not be purchased on Xbox 360, PS3 or PC. This is appears to be a software (or firmware) issue with the UHD drives, the One S both models use the same UHD drive. This happens on all consoles, and is a known issue, at least it is here on the Xbox forums.

I have tried two brand new TV's ( bought a new TV with Xbox one and returned it thinking it was issue, nope same problem on the new TV I just ordered) I have tried two different HDMI cables and still does same. I think I have seen enough its time to get pics and show what I'm seeing.
