Directors of DIA - Defense Intelligence Agency
The director of DIA is a three-star officer appointed by the president and approved by the Senate. The directorship has been held by officers in the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps and Navy. DIA has had 22 directors, including two acting civilian directors.
