I did it recently!! Get a hot pot soup base (spicy is best). Get a bunch of hot pot raw ingredients (raw sliced meat, udon, mushrooms, tofu, bamboo, fish balls, seafood). Follow the instructions on the hot pot sauce packet and boil it in a big pot. Taste it and add salt until it tastes good. Otherwise it’ll be bland.
