2019年2月9日 · Question about lift box control unit/box. If the red light shows on the control box in the unit, does that mean it is ok and that it's the remote that is not working. I can't get the remote and control box to pair. I received a new RC4 from Elkomax in Poland for our Ethan Allen lift cabinet (although it did not have the Liftbox metal tag with it).
