2015年3月12日 · When you adjust the tension, the wire should curl nicely in the palm of your hand without slipping. Maybe try loosening the tension on the wire spool support to just tight enough to keep the wire from uncoiling from the spool.

2011年1月3日 · Either your spoolgun liner is jammed (likely with bits of aluminum wire) or your attempting to run too hot and its burning back. I would 2nd too hot also. Make sure your tension for the drive wheel is set right. It might just have enough to move the wire but not enough when the wire touches the alum then it arcs and sticks. And check your tip size.

2015年2月28日 · The 211 has a bad problem with the fan motor failing and taking out the pcb. If you try to run these units on 230 volts and still have the 115 volt plug on it. this will kill the pcb and the 115 volt section of the fan motor.

2023年8月2日 · On the wire drive is the thumb screw/knob tightened down ? This needs to be tight to make the electrical connection between the feed head and the gun power pin. Do you have a contact tip installed in the gun and tightened down? It is possible that the gun lead could be damage - broken wires.

2010年5月18日 · Check the O-Ring where the gun connects to the machine. Sounds like the gun hose is not inserted all the way, is not locked in place, or the O-Ring is damaged. When you pull / twist the hose a certain direction, the gas escapes at the connection. If everything is straight - it works fine. My guess.
