Nene said " a hot guy, cool guy, kind guy, hot guy" while kou only said "A nice smile" not mentioning what gender, which could mean he is bi or Pan. If you think that because it might menace the Kou x Mitsuba ship, sorry but that never had a chance from the start. Again, I just said Kou x Nene might be endgame, but I'd be fine with Nene ending up with another guy and Kou with another girl (although it seems Kou was introduced as an element of a love triangle).
