2024年2月16日 · Other avenues to explore is to use an "ad-hoc" network. You can use a laptop to connect to the Xfinity hotspot, and then connect the Roku to the laptop's network signal. (basically, the laptop will broadcast a hotspot signal that the Roku, and other devices can share and connect to.)

2024年10月1日 · No luck. Reinstalled the app, did system refresh on main box, unplugged and restarted my router, unplugged and restarted Roku, signed out and back in to Xfinity, nothing. This happens every few months with Roku/Xfinity.

I did find a page on the Xfinity site indicating that only Roku model numbers ending in the letter X are compatible with Xfinity Stream. All of the ones I’ve tested end in RW. Are the 3800RW, 3900RW, and 3910RW supposedly still compatible with the Xfinity Stream app?
