So it will probably be around the same age, and have an average amount of degredation. And from how my own nearly 4 year old battery looks with 6%-ish degredation, you might actually be worse off with a replacement after dropping $20k ...

But letting your car sit at 100% is bad for ALL lithium batteries, even LFPs. If you don't need the full charge every day, I'd recommend keeping your car at a lower SoC most days and then bumping it to 100% once per week or so.
