2014年3月13日 · Vocaloid has an interesting method of editing the note qualities with OPE and DYN and such that would be nice to have in UTAU - it's much more dynamic than what we have. Also Vocaloid voices are fairly guaranteed to be high quality, and even when they aren't (initial Galaco, trial Lily) they are still better than your average UTAU.

2012年7月6日 · Importing files from Vocaloid into Utau is a violation of Vocaloid's ToS and probably Utau's as well. Vocaloid is not owned by Sega, it is owned by Yamaha. Sega is a developer/publisher of the Project Diva games and is only involved with the Vocaloid software in collaboration with Yamaha in the development of Vocaloids Azuki and Matcha.

There is no folder for utau like in OpenUTAU, and this program doesn't read the installed Vocaloid 4 voicebanks...I thought that maybe it was just a program for more convenient pitch editing, but it clearly have a 'set voice' function....
