VitalSource only lets you print 2 pages at a time normally, but you can edit the first page/last page numbers to be 0 (cover) and the last page of the book. Run it through OCR (Adobe pro free trial etc.) if you want to be able to use control-f. Epubor and all the other programs either don't work ...

I use it on my laptop and it’s nice to be able to highlight, search, bookmark, jump between chapters, etc. You can even search your entire bookshelf and VitalSource will show you all the books a term appears in.

I haven't done the compiler but any automated way that is recommended on r/piracy or any other site I've found Vital Source has defeated and will likely get your account suspended.
