2019年1月31日 · I have no idea what the writer in the second example is trying to say. Perhaps he didn't finish the sentence; he meant "loading up for a huge strong ATTACK" or some such. As given, the quote is not grammatically correct and doesn't make sense. I don't recall ever reading or hearing "strong" used as a noun in a coherent sentence.
