A similar but less critical situation exists for the flow from the front fan. The short nacelle on your 747 example would not provide as much noise shielding from the front fan as the mid length nacelle.

Or the route that I did, which was, I just bought the nacelle and the nacelle clamps. I drilled a hole at the bottom of the nacelle in order for it to hug around the stock sixty headlight.
