Oct 23, 2020 · Presenters will be within what feels like a fairly normal Teams meeting, their view will be a grid of up to 9 videos. Once someone starts sharing a screen you'll see a smaller number of videos across the bottom of the meeting, depending how big the screen is. They can switch back to the grid by clicking on one of the videos.

Jun 26, 2020 · The presenters being able to share these direct to the live feed doesn't make sense to me but I cannot find anywhere where there is a fix for it. Let me know how you managed it, I have 1 - 6 hour Live Event, per day for 3 days - all with 12 presenters per day.

Depending on how you've set your meeting up and who has accepted or not turned up to the meeting you will may have several sections, displaying presenters, attendees and invited attendees.
