When trying to report a calibration curve in Empower 3 I choose the result set and open publisher with the established report method the system wants to generate a calibration graph and table for every injection from the run.

2011年7月1日 · If the impurities can be completely resolved from the product by LC, then compounds with identical spectra can be quantitated. If the impurities have very different absorbance spectra, then compounds with identical chromatographic retention can be quantitated. And, of course, any situation in between (some separation and some spectral difference).

2011年4月23日 · Not exactly sure about your case, but I've seen instances of duplicate chromatograms showing up when a sample set had "Normal" instead of "Don't process or report" under Processing for samples that were quantitated at the end of the set.
Chemstation: very sharp peaks not being identified
2008年2月9日 · Chemstation version should not be an issue; we use some A.06 still, and recently ditched some A.03. I personally like the standard integration software better than the "enhanced". Do you mean not being integrated or not being calibrated/quantitated?
