Pain is dependent on how long the leg has been raised. The mornings are the worst. The pain level has risen the last few days. The break happened riding a waverunner.

2018年4月7日 · It sounds like you are doing everything right. Even though it doesn't change the outcome I worried every step of the way with my broken foot. How old are you? My orthopedist made me think that the younger you are the quicker you heal. I guess it was when he said that I wasn't 20 any more. Good that your pain has lessened to a degree.

The area that is broken is near the middle of my leg and nowhere near the joints. But I also suspect, there is some muscle atrophy cos I haven’t placed a lot of weight on my left leg for over 2 months. Which leads me onto the ankle pain. My ankle is presently locked in place at the minute cos I am in a cast.

I would often pay for it the next day with pain and soreness. However my pain and arthritis has gotten the best of me with age. I just had a fusion last week.
