2012年8月23日 · Occipital Nerve Blocks Hi, Our physicians will typically do an occiptal block bilaterally and we are getting reimbursed 150% for both injections. I do not know about the billing of three injections as we have never needed to bill that many, but we definitely get reimbursed for two. Hope this info helps. Jennifer Ralston, CPC
