Add in govt bullshit, we get the crap we have. You CAN however import things as race cars, but that's a but different.

Cars generally aren't crushed. Seized automobiles are usually auctioned at police auctions, or otherwise sold. The ones that are crushed usually aren't road worthy or not worth the effort of selling. From that, I'd say that bikes and ATVs similarly aren't worth trying to auction.
