I would like to take the communication in the MIM workbench and customize the banner, subject line body etc. i.e the subject line needs to be a combo of incident information (inc #) and static text.

I was able to create the Plan Definition and Tasks, and they are visible in the workbench, however when I modify the table associated with the template being used the Compose button gets removed.
