2016年1月5日 · I'm biased, I have gleaner combines, lol. I run a r75 and a r76. The last of the r series. Both have the 8.4 sisu non def engines. I think they are good machines. I will say the propaganda that they sell in the roadshows is true. Again I'm biased but they are easily servicable machines. I did have the engine in my r75 go down this year.

2015年8月17日 · funny, the same was said about older case combines (think 660, 960, etc) versus Gleaner. Where Gleaner used a 1 inch shaft, Case used a 3/4. Go up to any gleaner built since about the 60s, other than maybe some really light areas that dont need squat for support (return elevator distribution auger, etc ) I cant think of a single 3/4 inch ...
S98 thoughts - The Combine Forum
2022年10月2日 · So I recently demonstrated a s98 gleaner, I must say I was pretty impressed. It had very good capacity for a class 8 (not 10) 8, super , super quiet cab with lots of room. I have hills and this thing climbs them really good, no shifting down like other combines it just goes over.

2015年5月13日 · I believe the last gleaner around here is now gone, no dealer support. I do remember hearing how good of a job cleaning they did. We can put the grain from the combines straight into the drills and seed without any problems. Best is the 1470, still haven't quite figured out how to get the 88's to clean quite as good but they are close.

2018年9月2日 · Disclaimer: I am not a dealer, just a farmer that likes following the Gleaner combines. This is from memory, so I may be off on some of it. We currently run a 2014 S67. 2011-2014: Sx7 Series (S67 & S77)- The first number in the model designates the size and the second number is the series. These are the first "super series" combines.

Posted 11/18/2008 20:35 (#510200 - in reply to #510188) Subject: Re: Gleaner Combines The issue with headspace in pre-Series II machines has to do with the door. for some reason, the cab is set lower on those machines compared to the conventionals - and you had to step down into the cab, or step up to the ladder platform when leaving the cab.
