Pain radiates higher there mostly because of your nerves there. The proper place to hit a dorso gluteal injection is actually what most people consider your outer lower back.

2024年6月1日 · Pecs I can inject in 6 diff locations splitting 1/2 shot to each side, same area (so 2 injections of 1 1/2cc). Pecs you do the outer and inner areas. Upper and mid pecs are easy but I tend to stay away from lower pec (too close to nipple). I split the injection as well for when doing either rear delts or front delts.

2010年4月6日 · in some states i think u need a doctor's prescription for syringes. if ur under 20% bodyfat at 5'10", 1" should be fine for dorso-gluteal injections, aka the upper-outer quadrant of either buttcheek. that is the most forgiving injection site, but if u have a big fat ass u may want to consider a 1.5" needle.
