Henry McNish (11 September 1874 – 24 September 1930), often referred to as Harry McNish or by the nickname Chippy, was the carpenter on Sir Ernest Shackleton's Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition of 1914–1917.

He may be referred to as Henry or Harry. McNish was one of the oldest members of the expedition, a Scot of whom Shackleton wrote was "the only man I'm not dead certain of". This somewhat curmudgeonly figure was the ships carpenter so earning the name "Chippy" (sometimes "Chips") as so many other carpenters have been.
