镁离子，化学名词，是由镁原子失去最外层的两个电子得到的，书写为Mg 2+。 发现者：戴维。 发现年代：1808年. 晶体结构：晶胞为六方晶胞.。 镁是人体必需的 矿物元素，因为镁在人体的含量较多，故被称为 常量元素。 正常成人身体内镁的总含量约25克，其中60%-65%存在于骨、齿，27%分布于软组织。 镁主要分布于细胞内， 细胞外液 的镁不超过1%。 它的主要生理功能是：激活人体多种酶的活性；维护骨骼生长和神经肌肉的兴奋性；维护胃肠道和激素的功能。
