15.ai vanished due to negligence from the dev or lack of care. It isn't the best anymore and you can already train your own voices with your computer by softwares you can download. There are some that even can change your voice in realtime, though that isn't perfect and needs you to make an impression.

Is the project abandoned? It goes down for months at a time sometimes. It's not abandoned, guy's actively working on it. It's been down since before summer I think?
