Nov 27, 2024 · Yes, highly recommend pedals. They really do add to the immersion, and allow far better control of not just the rudder but braking as well. Also, I note that you have the Thrustmaster TCA stick (I do too) - the rudder/twist axis in that WILL break before long. It's a design flaw in the stick which they've never addressed.

If the Windows adjustment app in Devices and Conrollers looks this this, the pedals will not calibrate anywhere near correctly in MSFS. Especially the differential brakes (right and left brakes):

Mar 11, 2017 · When using my Thrustmaster Rudder / Brake Pedals, it seems like the brakes are sticking and slowing all my aircraft while taxiing. The input test page shows the sliders about halfway up the scale when I open it. If I tap the brake pedals, the sliders then move to zero, which where I assume they should be if no brake pressure is being applied.

Nov 23, 2024 · Hi guys, took the MSFS 2024 plunge and after some frustration decided to start with the basics to learn the new sim with controls etc. One of the first training flights wants you to keep attitude and pitch up down. I find my plane way too sensitive with the TCA Sidestick and Thrustmaster rudder pedals.

Sure, the quality of the Honeycomb products is much higher, but the pedals are good enough for my needs. For me personally the pedals are the least important component of the three, so I went for some cheap ones.

Dec 18, 2018 · Hardware is moving like every time before, but when I give full right rudder they move the ingame rudder pedal in the right direction. When I give full left rudder they go haywire and dont move the rudder in the right direction. It feels as if the 0 point is gone to the right. I use FSUIPC in P3Dv4 and it also will not recognize left rudder.

I noticed the pedals are difficult to move in small amounts on the aileron axis due to what I would call "bumpy" or sticking movements on the rails. I saw a review on this with someone who experienced the same, but they didn't say whether or not they had fixed it.
