2019年11月25日 · I recently upgraded my modules to 2x16 3600 MHz Trident Z Royal RGB and although I am able to use G.Skill software again the issue now is that invariably within a few hours of the PC being on "hid.exe", related to the software, has some kind of CPU usage leak and typically climbs up to 8-10% of CPU (i7 8700k).

2019年12月12日 · I confirm this software works with Trident Z DDR5 RGB both in Linux and Windows. It detects the RAM modules every time (contrary to official G.Skill software version 1.00.35 on my system, which detects the modules sometimes)

2022年4月3日 · Having problems with Trident Z RGB 2x16GB - lost all color in one stick. I did a fresh installation of Win 11, noticed that during the install that RGB colors on several devices/board were static. Both 16GB sticks had random color patterns, didn't think anything of it as I'd get to the RGB software soon enough.
G.Skill Trident Z RGB Software refuses to uninstall
2018年12月10日 · G.Skill Trident Z software now doesn't actually uninstall so I cannot reinstall said software. Clicking on setup.exe only asks me "would you like to remove the software and associated components?". I've uninstalled via Control Panel and have deleted the files and folders associated with G.Skill and still have this problem.
