2023年7月22日 · Next, I tried the manual firmware update using an old version (specifically UniFi Cloud Key Firmware 2.0.24), but this also did not solve the problem. The unit still boots up to the "Ubiquiti U" logo and then enters the boot loop with the progress bar frozen.

2019年8月25日 · Run 'dpkg -i unifi_sysvinit_all.deb' to unpack the firmware and begin the installation. Once complete run 'rm unifi_sysvinit_all.deb' within the same directory to clean the file off your controllers storage and then 'exit'.

2021年5月6日 · In order for the phone app to work they have to have a unifi account. Create unifi accounts first before you invite them to protect. If you invite first it turns into a nightmare. Log into protect locally on the main page will have settings and user manager. Click user manager and click add at the top. Limited admin usually the only role they need.

Background: Switch was working fine last night, but this morning, devices connected to this switch were offline (and behind this switch was my unifi appliance). I rebooted the switch, no luck.
