2022年5月25日 · I've had moderate success with a two Dutch baby methods on stovetop. In the first, I use a pre-heated cast iron pan as a salamander/lid on top of the pan I'm cooking the Dutch baby in. If you can get your second skillet hot enough and introduce a bit of steam into the vessel before you seal it, this makes a pretty serviceable Dutch baby.

Thanks for the nice completist answer. I actually ended up using the baby food processor, in small batches, and resting it after every few minutes. It took most of an afternoon, and the result is crispier than the oat flour version. Next time, I'll make the trip to the specialty-natural-food store and hope they have GF oat flour. –
