THiN-Wall
THiN-Wall is a structural load bearing, insulated precast building envelope system that features composite action between concrete wythes. The system enables a very energy efficient building with edge-to-edge EPS or XPS insulation without thermal bridges and uses less concrete than traditional structural wall panels.

THiN-Wall is a patented wall panel system currently used by 27 US precast concrete licensees and growing at a fast rate. This insulated panel system uses a proprietary zig-zag shaped glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) connector to achieve composite action between the exterior and interior concrete wythes.
With two 3" layers of concrete, THiN-Wall delivers the same insulating and load-bearing performance of thicker walls while using less cement, which minimizes carbon dioxide emissions. The acronym THiN-Wall, originally stood for the founding organizations, T for Tadros Associates, H for Hughes Brothers (now Owens Corning Infrastructure Solutions, LLC) and N for NEBCO. These individuals were the original patent inventors which are now held by THiN-Wall, LLC.
