This Eastern Screech Owl (23-4998) was discovered in Fort Lauderdale unable to fly. Radiographs confirmed a fracture in the left wing. This owl also had trauma to the right eye. After administering fluids and pain medications, the wing was placed in a wrap to allow for proper alignment while healing.
