Here is my go-to salad dressing recipe! I call it my 3-2-1 Vinaigrette and it’s so simple, it’s almost not even a recipe. The recipe yields about 1/4 cup and is perfect for a few salads. I always keep a little jar of it in the fridge. Here you go: 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon dijon mustard Whisk it together and enjoy!
