Not really an uodate, but @Marriott Bonvoy @Marriott Hotels still has not done a single thing to help us resolve the incident that took place two weeks ago. I was hopefully after i got a call from someone at the hotel last week, but it was the house keeping manager? The GM still refuses to speak with me. Emailed him today with no reply. I have not once asked for anything except an apology from the GM and the member of management that accused us of being liars. Thats it. Its pretty sad that the o
