🧚‍♀️ RECIPE 🧚‍♀️ Le Gâteau Magique - the “magic cake”. This French cake is pretty special and indeed magic! With one simple batter, you will end up with a 3 layers of textured cake! The bottom layer is a Flan, the middle layer a delicious cream (like a custard) and on top, a light moussy génoise! I topped mine with strawberries to make it look pretty, and oh how delicious it is ! It feels so light and I still can’t believe it works, true baking magic ! INGREDIENTS (20cm /22cm cake tin, lined w
