Nothing like eating garden fresh cucumbers. When it comes to cucumbers, you want to harvest them often so that more will come. Though if you wait a little longer, cucumbers can turn yellow and bitter tasting. But some varieties like Salt and Pepper naturally ripens to light yellow.
